Dear Journal,








On May 2nd, 7pm Malaysian time...

I BECAME AN AUNT!!

Welcome to the world, baby Ayden Hansen!!

And this is a bunny cupcake:



So, on Friday night, my dad calls and says that my sister is already in the hospital and we're supposed to go see her around 6 am Saturday morning when she'll be induced. So I went to stay at her place where they were that night and wake up at 1 pm Saturday afternoon to find no news yet. We went around 6 pm and waited, until my mum rushed in around 7:05 to tell my father he was a grandfather. I've never seen him smile so big, they were both jumping around and crying. Hey, it's their first grandchild. Welcome, little bun!! :D



My parents and sis after the birth. Any pictures with me in it are in my brother in law's cam, which he will send to me sometime.




This would've been PERFECT if only my camera had behaved. ARGH.




My mum and the bun. My camera makes everyone look stout and stocky, ugh. Shame. Anyway, the baby is a little bruised cos they had to use forceps. He was being stubborn :P

This is probably my fav because it turned out so nice. Sweetness ^_^



The new family!!




This... is all that was left of 1 large pizza, 1 regular pizza, 1 box of onion cheese rings, 1 large bottle of Sprite, and 1 box of cinnamon sticks after 15 minutes.




*AHEM* This is what he was doing when the baby just came in from bathing and everyone else was fussing over it. Kidding, he's pretty hands-on.

Oh thank you! He looks much better today when I went to see him, no more bruising and looking much cleaner and stuff. Slept the whole time though.

Ooh ooh, you have a Meez too? :D Well all the links are on the 'Export My Meez' page, so I just copy the whole thing. If you don't want your Meez to link back to the site when clicked, just copy only the gif image code ^_^

Well I'm going to have to dig around for the codes again cos as I remember, it was a BITCH trying to get it right.

First you have to align your entries to the right (or left, depending on where you want your Meez to go). And then, depending on what layout you're using, put in a background image code (putting the meez code in there), and align it to where you want it to be.

Ugh, sorry for it sounding confusing but 1) It really depends on what layout you're using and 2) It really is a bitch to do x(

...and to answer your question about how to get a large font for your cut text, you do it like: (font size="3")(lj-cut text="blahblah")(/font)

of course with the ( & ) changed to < & >

He makes such a little bundle!!!!! Even though on a primary level, it's not a surprise, on another level, it's really rather amazing that there's this whole other person with his own personality and TEENY TINY FINGER NAILS AND TOES and everything who wasn't meetable just two days ago, and who now IS - that there was a perfectly formed BABY, alive, growing and developing, his own unique entity, inside your sister... I can see why primaeval societies were matriarchal and thought women had magical powers, really!

(LOL - I figured! Most people's baby wishlist consisting of "(quantity), healthy and hopefully happy, (all boys/all girls/one of each/some of each) would be nice, but really, that's second to healthy and hopefully happy", and BPAL wish lists growing to the hundreds ;-) )

Ah the miracle of life... until they start screaming and robbing you of sleepytime :P

I build up my wishlist by reading reviews, and now I'm just about to start on the mammoth task of going through the LE reviews... almost 600 topics! O_O
